“When we are no longer able to change a situation,
we are challenged to change ourselves.”

– Viktor Frankl

Getting Started

I enjoy helping people learn new perspectives and skills that improve their lives.
As important as my professional training and experience are, success also
depends on us building a positive relationship.

The first session is my audition for becoming your therapist:
I will work to put you at ease and to gain your confidence. I value being caring,
clear, and open and rely on your feedback to shape our work together.

Who I Help

Adults

I provide support to adults facing challenging situations who want a safe place to learn and grow as they deal with it all. The problems could be relationships, family, illness or pain, grief and loss, self-improvement and meeting goals – anything that’s causing anxiety, depression, or sleep loss.

Children

School, peers, family changes, epidemics … children face so many challenges in addition to the everyday stresses of growing and developing. I can help children to understand their situations and themselves. Often they need skills – new thoughts and behaviors – as well as support to build their confidence.
